After his photography studies at the St. Joost Academy in Breda (Holland) Wiglius de Bie (1977) started working as a Portrait- and Fashion-photographer for international clients, such as Vogue and Dior Homme. He has portrayed actors such as Kristin Scott Thomas and Virginie Ledoyen and has exhibited his work globally. 

 

In 2012 Wiglius started collaborating with Nienke Klunder under the name ‘KlunderBie’.  Combining their experiences and talent from the world of fashion, design and art, together they offer creative direction, photography and styling for clients such as: Living-Corriere della Sera, Architectural Digest, YOOX and Fritz Hansen.

 

Wiglius’ personal photographic work is inspired by his youth, an unorthodox upbringing in a non-conformist family that blends several cultures into its own unique way.  In his work always appears a narrative and poetic dimension.
